Multi-dimensional correlation (MDC) engines / capabilities are generally linear in nature (a-b-c), OPX automatically links "things" together from all available data.
OPX introduces the notion of Intelligent Inference (II) by connecting dimensionality and fluidity with the MDC. This is the means by which OPX:
- Turns data into information
- Creates new information from data
- Provides information in context
- Makes information actionable
- Shows you what you do not know
- Tells you what you need to know
Massive Information Exchange (MIX) engine changes the way instrumentation is done. The MIX engine takes in all data from all sources for the MDC and II. MIX manages transactions in the hundreds of millions to billions – current production throughput is 120 million correlations a day with significant upside available.
OPX is not a tool - OPX uses all existing information in the organization and makes use of it. IT only connects to those data sources. If it cannot get enough base information for classification it will go on the network to get additional to complete the cycle. The discovery process is optional... But recommended.
