Our goal at IntutitiveLabs is to contribute to a better future by putting humans at the center of complex information systems. These systems were originally intended to help people improve their ability to handle complex knowledge efficiently. But even today, 50 years after the dawn of the information age, the usability of these systems is often compromised by the fact that they are cumbersome and often difficult to understand and learn.
Many people in the industry focus on extolling specific technologies and features to cover up the fact that they don't really understand what you want to achieve. At IntuitiveLabs, however, we believe that user interfaces are the ultimate expression of what goes on behind the scene. Actually, what a system does and is intended to do can only be evaluated by how we interact with it. A poor interface, confusing and hard to learn, is a clear indication of a poorly designed system that wasn't really created for your specific needs.
As we continue our journey further into the new millennium, we at IntuitiveLabs see a digital age increasingly filled with information systems that are completely transparent to end-users. They are natural extensions of our minds and bodies, helping us perform activities inconceivable by today's standards. People will once again be able to focus on their real-world objectives and tasks, not on the tedious workflow created by the limitations of systems that don't take human factors into account.
